Stay Concentrated and Focused


Concentration requires a great amount of FOCUS with more effort and time. Even if you practice it for one week or a month, the result won't be productive if your brain isn’t performing well. Still, there are fairly easy ways to improve your concentration quickly and effectively.

Here are the few tips to share with you:

1.    Foods- Brain Food:

  •     Food is the fuel that regulates your energy and mood, both of which can significantly affect your Focus and overall mental clarity
  •     Just as you shouldn’t put olive oil into your car to make it run you shouldn’t out chocolate syrup into your body to make you run!
What are Brain Food:
Brain Food have the incredible ability to affect your mental clarity mood, memory and ability to Focus
·         Some examples of Brain Food:
·         Blueberries
·         Green Tea
·         Fatty Fish
·         Dark Chocolate and many more!

2.    Organize Your Objective:

  •    Multi-Tasking can be the enemy of Focus – The scientific truth in that when we attempt to accomplish multi things at once,
  •      None of these tasks are truly being complicated at the highest level.
  •         Focus on One thing at a time and harness that Focus on giving that task 100%!
3.    Connect… by Dis-connecting:

  •      Technology today is the root for most problem with inattention
  •     Disconnect the obvious distraction around you.
  •     Put away the smart phone, laptops, tablets e.g.., and stay Focused on what is in front of you.
4.    Unmind... With physical Activity:

  •     Physical activity improves attention and Focus
  •     It improves a mental boost and enhances your cognitive performance. Even just 15min a day can make Big Difference.

a.    Maintaining a Clean Focus:
Clean Focus is all about being Focussed on one thing. Having clean line to our Focus having it to be pure.
b.    So, what to do with Clean Focus?

  •     When we are using Clean Focus we always ask ourselves as we’re moving forward is my Focus Clean, and Focused on one thing.
  •     When we lose our Clean Focus, we just being ourselves back to clean focus.
  •     When you are using Clean Focus, the idea is to continually back yourself back to Clean Focus.
  •     Gently compassionately bring back to Focus
c.     Do Meditation:

  •     Meditation is all about quieting the mind in settling down the mind. So, that we have better focus and ability and better ability in present movement.
  •     Focusing on breathing and close your eyes and you can falling breathing.

d.    Clean Cuts:

Focus on one thing for a period of time and then when we step focusing on that thing cut clean. So, everything from just working on something for a few minutes and then having a clean cut and moving to something else to you. Know the bigger thing in our lives the wounds we have from when we are young. In this case we just gone focus the theoretically on our focus chunks of time.

Drinking Water in Plastic Bottles Is Very Dangerous



We store water in all sorts of plastic bottles, jugs or containers. It can be low grade or high grade, but plastic is plastic! This is a very harmful daily practice, as plastic containers carry lot of chemicals and bacteria.

Let’s see the harmful effects of drinking water in plastic bottles:

Harmful substances:
Apart from harmful chemicals in plastic, water when get stored in plastic bottles also produces harmful substances like fluoride, arsenic and aluminium which can be poison for human body. So, drinking water from plastic bottles would mean drinking slow poison that will slowly and steadily deteriorate your health.

Dioxin production:
Plastic does melt in hot environment. And we, often store water in plastic bottles while driving and so many times leave it in the car where it is in the direct exposure of sun. Such heating releases a toxin called Dioxin which when consumed can accelerate breast cancer.

BPA generation:
Biphenyl A is an estrogen-mimicking chemical which can lead to lot of health problems like diabetes, obesity, fertility problems, behavioral problems and early puberty in girls. It’s better not to store and drink water from a plastic bottle.

Liver cancer and reduced sperm count:
Because of presence of a chemical called phthalates in plastic, drinking water from plastic bottles can also lead to liver cancer and reduction in sperm count.

Nowadays, we get water mostly in plastic bottles and to increase its health content, manufacturers make it vitamin-enriched to attract buyers. But this is even more harmful as it carries health-harming additives like food dyes and high fructose corn syrup.

Impact on immune system:
Our immune system is immensely affected when we drink water in plastic bottles. The chemicals from plastic bottles are ingested and tend to disturb our body’s immune system.

Quit Smoking


                             
  

Everyone knows that smoking is one of the unhealthiest things you can do to yourself, but still, many people continue to smoke because they simply can’t quit. If you’re struggling to quit smoking, you may be ready to do some crazy things to kick the habit, and we’ve got just the thing for you.

Health:

Have a heart attack: A smoking-induced heart attack might be just the ticket to finally scare you into quitting.

Get your teeth cleaned: Invest in a good cleaning so that you’ll be sorry to mess up your pearly whites with smoke.

Eat booster foods: Garlic and ginger are good for pulling smoking chemicals out of your body.

Brush your teeth when you want to smoke: Any time you have a craving, just brush your teeth or swish with mouthwash to enjoy a clean feeling instead of smoke.

Take up mountain biking: There’s no way you can bike up a mountain as a smoker!

Support:

These ideas may provide you with the support you need to kick the habit.

Make it a family affair: Ask other smokers in your family to join you in quitting.

Wear a sign: Wear a sign that asks people not to sell or give you any cigarettes.
