Stay Concentrated and Focused


Concentration requires a great amount of FOCUS with more effort and time. Even if you practice it for one week or a month, the result won't be productive if your brain isn’t performing well. Still, there are fairly easy ways to improve your concentration quickly and effectively.

Here are the few tips to share with you:

1.    Foods- Brain Food:

  •     Food is the fuel that regulates your energy and mood, both of which can significantly affect your Focus and overall mental clarity
  •     Just as you shouldn’t put olive oil into your car to make it run you shouldn’t out chocolate syrup into your body to make you run!
What are Brain Food:
Brain Food have the incredible ability to affect your mental clarity mood, memory and ability to Focus
·         Some examples of Brain Food:
·         Blueberries
·         Green Tea
·         Fatty Fish
·         Dark Chocolate and many more!

2.    Organize Your Objective:

  •    Multi-Tasking can be the enemy of Focus – The scientific truth in that when we attempt to accomplish multi things at once,
  •      None of these tasks are truly being complicated at the highest level.
  •         Focus on One thing at a time and harness that Focus on giving that task 100%!
3.    Connect… by Dis-connecting:

  •      Technology today is the root for most problem with inattention
  •     Disconnect the obvious distraction around you.
  •     Put away the smart phone, laptops, tablets e.g.., and stay Focused on what is in front of you.
4.    Unmind... With physical Activity:

  •     Physical activity improves attention and Focus
  •     It improves a mental boost and enhances your cognitive performance. Even just 15min a day can make Big Difference.

By adding to this here are the few more tips to Boost Concentration

a.    Maintaining a Clean Focus:
Clean Focus is all about being Focussed on one thing. Having clean line to our Focus having it to be pure.
b.    So, what to do with Clean Focus?

  •     When we are using Clean Focus we always ask ourselves as we’re moving forward is my Focus Clean, and Focused on one thing.
  •     When we lose our Clean Focus, we just being ourselves back to clean focus.
  •     When you are using Clean Focus, the idea is to continually back yourself back to Clean Focus.
  •     Gently compassionately bring back to Focus
c.     Do Meditation:

  •     Meditation is all about quieting the mind in settling down the mind. So, that we have better focus and ability and better ability in present movement.
  •     Focusing on breathing and close your eyes and you can falling breathing.

d.    Clean Cuts:

Focus on one thing for a period of time and then when we step focusing on that thing cut clean. So, everything from just working on something for a few minutes and then having a clean cut and moving to something else to you. Know the bigger thing in our lives the wounds we have from when we are young. In this case we just gone focus the theoretically on our focus chunks of time.
